The Hurst children might be the most photogenic children in the world…. they also happen to be my darling cousins :]
When my aunt Hallie asked me to come to Spartanburg to do a family shoot for them – I couldn’t have been more excited seeing as how I knew in advance what kind of gorgeous shots I would get ;]

I love the show America’s Next Top Model. And I mean, I love it.
I am completely fascinated by the hair and the makeup and more than anything, the photography.
Lucky for me, there are ANTM marathons on almost every weekend ;]
My dear friends Veronica and Lindsey understand my love for this show.
So when I casually suggested getting dressed up and doing a photo shoot at the park -
they were fabulous sports and humored me to no end!
John even got in on the excitement.

Camilla’s Photo Shoot
I work with Sam. Her daughter Camilla is positively one of the most adorable little girls I have ever met in my life.
The whole family is just gorgeous (just wait til you see these pictures!).
We met this past weekend for a photo shoot downtown. Look at how beautiful this day was/child is/etc. :]

Can you believe it’s already that time of the year to start planning for Christmas cards?! I know that I can’t believe it… and yet – here we are!
I have decided to plan no more than 3 shoots per weekend from now until the middle of December which means that space is somewhat limited so please BOOK TODAY to take advantage of this “special”.

Jordan’s Maternity Shoot <3
I love love love maternity shoots! I have gotten to do a few lately and have several more on my calendar and with each and every one – I just love them more :]
Will and Kennerly are one of the sweetest couples I have ever met in my life. I had SO much fun with them and enjoyed every second of it. Their little boy is due in November and I am already looking forward to seeing the amazing photogenic genes he’s going to have ;]
It was so difficult narrowing down my favorites of the day but here we go. Thank you, Will and Kennerly (and baby Jordan!). Enjoy-

Wow – I have been so terrible with updating this! My sincere apologies to everyone =)
I have gotten back into the swing of things and have shoots filling up my calendar’s weekend days which makes me quite happy.

The Horton Family:
This was my first session with the Horton Family…. Lindsey contacted me about a month ago when I was offering my summer specials, and I’ve been looking forward to meeting them ever since.
They drove to downtown in order to meet me and we had wonderful weather (although a little hot at times…) and they were such an easy family to photograph!
Some of the candid shots I got of them just being “them” are some of my favorites. Enjoy:
Ingram Family Preview!
I had the joy of getting to shoot a maternity session with one of the cutest and most photogenic couples I have ever met!
I work with Trey, and when I found out his wife Kelli was expecting their first child in November, I knew I had to let him know that I knew a great photographer (cough cough)… I ended up emailing Kelli and letting her know that if she needed any pictures, I was her girl! And lucky for me – Trey and Kelli took me up on the offer.
Here are a couple just to tickle your fancy until I can put up a whole post. In between four weekend shoots, working full time, getting ready to leave for vacation and – most importantly – EDITING… I haven’t had too much time for blogging
